    We start our day with breakfast and a healthy intake is much needed to make our day more agile, happy and less of calories. But wait, what do you think is a healthy breakfast? There can be plenty of things that you consider healthy but is actually not.  

    Here is a list of few healthy breakfasts that you can eat always.

    • Yogurt 
    • Oatmeal 
    • Nuts 
    • Green Tea    
    • Protein Shake 

    All these options are healthy and does wonders to your health. Eat healthy, stay healthy and because breakfast is one important meal of the day it is important to know more about what you are eating.
